Well i have applied from Lahore, Pakistan on dated May , 2010 (Under Skilled Worker 1111). to SYdney NS, after first assessment at NS. I have received an email (Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing) to london office. Should I have to send this time my all original documents???

Only police clearance, IELTS result (if you didn't submit one yet) and reference letter from the employers should be sent original. all other docs should be notarized copy of the originals. academic transcripts should be in university sealed envelop. consult visa office-specific checklist for step-by-step guidelines. thanks z |

Is it for only acknowledging that your documents have been received by VO, or it says that your documents are in line ......what all 2. Does 2nd Aor comes through email, normal post or speedpost / registered post 3. Does it says that your file is now in process Thanks for your time here regards Today i have received my second AOR from CHC/ND. My No. is: Exxxxxxxxxxx, please update my status in list.
BTW, i am reading in this threads that it will gonna take 1 year more... why so long? With my imagination i think that by this March or April 2011 we all will receive Medicals and PP request and lets say by May or June 2011 visa will be stamped... Correct me if i am wrong... and if you all are saying that 1 year more then plz justify the time line... Thanks.

Dear Experience members,
Could you please help me resolving a query on urgent basis:-
I applied NS, Sydney in May as a principal applicant and paid fees of $550 because i was unmarried.
Now, i got married on 17th November, 2010 and wish to take my wife along. So for that when i am trying to fill 'Fee Payment form', it's not letting me delete $550 (written in front of principal applicant). Could you please help me how to fill this form (i just need to pay my spouse fee because my fees is already paid).

No need to fill up the fee payment form now (it is only required by CIO, Sydney the first time you send the FSW application). I presume your file has been transferred to the Visa Office. If you have not submitted your complete documentation yet, just add the Draft for the local currency value corresponding to CAD 550 along with a covering letter stating this fact. Else just send a draft separately with a covering letter. Check the Canadian High Commission website of the country for the Visa Office processing your application to get the fee amount in local currency. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp |
