Hi I have some questions to send my all documents to my visa office..

Please help me for this..

1) We need to send original copy of employment reference letter zerox copy..

2) Do I need to stick photos or not on application forms

3) Shell I change my address after submitting my documents cause I might need to move from my current residence

4) I have saws my job title as business intelligent system analyst (I did't claim point for that in 67 points). and it's mention as Management Information system analyst in my Job offer letter. should I change this in form...

5) Is it ok to send reference letter for unpaid employment....I didn't claim point for this job..

Hi Tom,

My suggestion is to consult/check the visa office-specific checklist available on the cic website. You will find detailed description about how to submit which documents.

1) You need to send original copy of the reference from the employers (but attested copy of the appointment letter/ job contact)

2) Check the instruction in vo checklist because VO requirement varies. For example for singapore visa office you don't have to stick it on the form rather put five copies in an envelop. the vo checklist also explains what to write on the back of the photo and on the envelop for each applicant.

3) Any change of address at any stage of the process inform the VO in writing (hand-written note is preferable)

4) Job title and duties in the application form should match the description in the appointment letter and reference letter.

5) I think you can send it as supporting documents if it is a match of you NOC code. Otherwise it's better to confine yourself in only the documents required for your application.

Hi guys please update my status. I already sent my full docs to VO, received on December 24th. No 2nd AOR yet. I have a problem though because I forgot to attach the 1st AOR email from CIO. But I made a cover letter with my file number. Will it be okay? or should I mail them the email letter of CIO? Please help.

well, 1st AOR gives particulars about UCI no., application no. & also the payment receipt no. If u had included all those in the cover letter, there is nothing to worry about. BUT if not, then there is no harm on sending the copy of AOR via. EMAIL.

Today i have received my second AOR from CHC/ND. My No. is: Exxxxxxxxxxx, please update my status in list.

BTW, i am reading in this threads that it will gonna take 1 year more... why so long? With my imagination i think that by this March or April 2011 we all will receive Medicals and PP request and lets say by May or June 2011 visa will be stamped... Correct me if i am wrong... and if you all are saying that 1 year more then plz justify the time line... Thanks.

Congrats on getting 2nd AOR !

Currently CHC new Delhi is working on applicants who have sent their full docs in April so we can make calculation that we will get medical request by august 2011. thats the reason we assuming it as one year, its better to be prepared for maximum waiting time if we get before that then it will surely come like a pleasant surprise.

All 1st AORs received after Sep 28 or so, received the same BXXXXX number as CIO, from CHC ND as well, but yours has a new EXXXX like the 1st AORs received prior to Sep 1. This is a little strange and out of pattern. Please see the details in the tracking sheet in my signature.

Are you able to check your status in e-Cas using any of the numbers?

Hi guys i have sent my documents to the visa office on the 26th of Oct. 2010 and till this day i didn't recieve my second AOR. I sent an email to the visa office and here is the reply
Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly note that as soon as a file has been created for you, we will send you a letter of acknowledgment to the mailing address provided on the application.

i think they are taking more time than usual any one has the same problem.

I sent mine on 23th of december 2010. means two months after you. I think we gonna wait soooooo looooooonnnnnnng. all processing times are changed after 26th of june, i think....anyway, even after receiving the letter you will keep waiting for another two years. the website says cairo VO takes about 19 months...the longest and slowest in the entire whole world. God Be With Us.

I sent mine on same date 23ed dec. I am gonna wait for 45 days from that date before I sent a mail, I guess
