Hey guys,
I am a graduate student in canada and I was Research/Teaching Assistant for more than two years in canada.
What should I answer in SCHEDULE 3 question # 7 and 8?
7. Have you previously completed a program of full-time study of at least two years at a post-secondary institution in canada?
8. Have you previously worked full-time in canada?

You should answer ‘yes' for both, I think if you are honest with your answers it will go in favor of your app.
Thanks but I have not completed any degree yet. I'm in my 3rd year of study. Also I am a full time student and I my job (Research Assistant) might not be considered as a full time job...although I work 40 hours a week. |

mention everything in the Cover Letter, show yr shool IDs and pay stabs (contract if exists) confirming yr work hours. that should work |

I think you have applied under FSW1 then it doesnt matter whether u completed the study or not but you mention it in your app.you can prove your work experience as replied by chami above. |

Hello Lakhvinder ji,
I got stuck in one more confusion...
For the purpose of transcript, my dad submitted final year graduation marksheet copy. Now when i called DU, they said such transcript would only have final yr details (not all years). Could you please confirm whether CIC is ok with transcript of final year results or they need all years results.
Also, all year details and numbers are given in the form of 'Nomenclature' (not transcript).
Please share what you have done in this case.

Hi AK, I got mine transcript in sealed envelope from DU so i dont know what they have mentioned in the transcript, but i too have submitted only final year marksheet.yes it is written on the envelope as nomenclature/educational verification/ transcript. I have mentioned that i need it for canada immigration and address of CHC ND was mentioned on the envelope too by them. they charged Rs 500/-. and form need to be submitted at counter no 12, you will get it in two weeks time. |

Reason being there r so many confusing things happening here...i was going through with Visa Ofc Specific Instructions form (E37029), Pg A-3 point number 6, transcripts heading...there they didnt mention abt any specific year transcrit..rather, they mention abt degree.....Not sure yaar..m very confused  Thx AK |
