Here is the part were they are mentioning 120 days:
The Federal Skilled Worker application kit states, “Consult the Visa Office specific requirements now to determine what documents you will need to provide once your application is recommended for processing at a Visa Office. If you are not prepared to submit full documentation to the Visa Office within 120 days do not apply now. Visa Offices are strictly enforcing the 120 day rule and will not provide extensions.”
Note: Once the 120 days has elapsed, a final eligibility of determination will be made based on the information on file. A negative determination of eligibility for processing is final and will result in the closure of your file. Documents must be submitted in a SINGLE package

Thanks srid Thank you beximco :-) Keep posting. @ tot2311 Goodluck with the remaining steps. FYI - expect 1 - 2months time for receiving the 2nd AOR. Some of the May/June applicants who sent full docs in October are now getting the 2nd AOR (from New Delhi VO). |

Hi Friends, Need help.
I had sent my 1st application CIO sometime in June 4th.
I have recieved my First AOR on 1 November, 2010. Now I have 120 days to submit full documents. Which means by Feb 2011 end.
Now problem is that my IELTS exam date was 9th Jan 2010 and IELTS certificate was issued on 21st Jan 2010.
I understand only one year old English language test/ IELTS certificate is acceptable. This means my IELTS certificate is valid till 20th JAN 2011.
Now question is this one year would be considered as on 4th June 2010 when I 1st submitted my application based on which I got my AOR
OR
One year will be counted when I submit my full documents after AOR on (Feb 2011) - if validity of 1year would be checked on full document recieving date then its a problem since certificate would be more than one year old in Feb 2011. In that case I will be required to send full document before 20st jan 2011
and i still need to organise many document which will take time...
If anyone know what will be counting date for 1yr validity. Also to Whom I should approach to get clarification on the subject. Is there any email of Buffalo.

Seek your advice. Whom to approach to get clarification on the subject.

That would be best if I can, but I doubt. I am in US, Many documents are there to be organised in India only. i.e. birth certificate, Transcript. this will take time. |

I am new to this forum,,, but i am sure and ould advise you to write IELTS again ... one year is from issue date of the certificate bro,.. All the best,, prepare well as its very imp to score now as well and you have a time limit and no more writing again.. if posssibl and if you are confident book a slot earlier and finish it off// aSHOK... |
