Hi srid,
Thanks for your advice.but as far as i know we can't contact CIO untill n unless we have our file number.And as per my agent he had sent my file to NOVA SCOTIA,Sydney and my Visa Office is New Delhi, India.
Here is the dialing info (from a post in this thread) if you want to call them. "Phone: 0016139444000 this is correct number. use options 1....2.....1.....2......1 and stay on hold and dont disconnect until agent speaks. they can ask ur date of birth,name etc" There is no harm in trying to find out. I heard a story on this forum that somebody gave wrong email address in the application and AOR was was not received. He/She found this out when they called up the CIO. |

Hi Esther, you can try asking for the airway bill. It should contain details of the package. Like in my case, my name was indicated in the bill. And so is the date it was sent. Goodluck!  Hi Anata... yes, my consultant gave me the tracking number and checked it on line ... but it's just a tracking number with no assurance that it's my document, no way to find out if it's under my name. I keep on asking my consultant but she keeps on telling me to wait, she seems to be sooooo busy accepting and processing a whole bunch of new clients ($$$$) ... if ever i am rejected i should have the response by now and would be glad to aceept it and move on. Anyways still no charge from my AMEX credit card so that bothers me too.... sigh.... sigh... sigh....  Thanks a lot.. Goodluck and God Bless to All..... |

My application was returned on Aug 19th 2010 according to CIO Agent, but didnt receive my application returned yet. can any one tell whats the way to puruse to them regarding my returned application and DD that is enclosed in that packet, my DD is not charged , What is Airway bill #?

if you are referring to the landing fee ( $490) then i don't think that has to be paid until they request you to which is usually when they also request medicals. However persons have submitted it ahead of time along with their documents, so u can wait or submit ahead. Good luck  |

If you have already paid the $550 processing fee then just check the box in your check list. You should have received a receipt # in your letter or email from CIO which you can refer to. |
