Only your bank can tell you if its encashed or not, but as you send it on 14th June it will take time as CIC is looking at 20th April applications so atleast wait for next 6-8 weeks before they enchas your money order.

Did you made that money order from Royal Bank ? The bank from where you made this money order can tell you not the bank to whom you made for.

Hi Lakhvinder. You put my received date as 16/June which will be 22/June.
My doc send date was 16/june and received date was 22/June.

I am new temporary foreign worker. I completed one year experience in Canada.

Is anybody help me to apply for PR.

I am eligible for Canadian Experience class or Skilled worker class?

Can any body explain or interpret the following which is a reply from a lawyer about applications returned by CIO for mistakes I will ask this specially from tuffguy whose application was returned and I will ask him specially if they mentioned "client number" along with the date stamped. thank you
"The new application will be considered under the new rule.
I had cases where CIO returned the application with a client number attached to it, in this case, CIO will "quote the date it was received". If the date was prior to June 26, 2010, then it will processed according to the old rules.

So, if you were give a client number, and you submitted your file before June 26, 2010, and CIC quoted this date clearly,  chances are you will be dealt with according to the old rules. If not, then you have to check if your occupation was dropped off the list, it it did, I would recommend finding other options to immigrate to Canada."

 @ sr786: get an AEO or if you have relatives in other states like Manitoba Quebec or Alberta? it will be the second option.

 @ jason thanx alot for the suggession. i did go through the PNP but was not able to gather anything useful as most are for people who have employment and etc. and no i dont have any relatives there...
where does ottawa come in? i really dont know what to do...
