Dear all,

I need help . As i am under Backlog application ( Sept. 2006 NOC 3131 ).

Now i am planning to apply for Fast Track after going through number application filed till 26 June 2010 . Also 3131 is under new 29 Catagory.

But i have some questions on documentation requirements .

(1) Getting educational trascripts under university sealed envelop ? What exactly is the meaning of it ? what is the way to get it ? My educational is from three different universities . ( University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , IGNOU & ICFAI University New Delhi ) Any one have idea of any university how to get educational trascripts under university sealed envelop from these universities ?

(2) What are the exact documents required from my Employer ?

(3) 3131 is fall under FSW1 or FSW2 ?

(4) Do i need to send Proof of Fund with application ? If yes then what is way & how to present it to CIO ?

(5) Is it possible to that my OLD application & New Application run parallely ? When should i withdraw my OLD application ?

(6) Need to know how much points i will get from Education.

10+2 = Full time after that

2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime

3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi

2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun. 

My both the Distance university is UGC Approved .

Kindly Help to take firm decision to apply for Fast Track,

There is no harm in sending it now.  It is an extra step when you do it later and it can cause delays if something goes wrong.  There are some posts in this forum that indiactes it reduces processing times. I don't know if it is true.

Why bother sending it later when you can send it now..

Yes. You can do that as well. In this case, VO is waiting for your draft. In addition to postal delays, there will be few days more delay in encashing the DD and updating the record. Not a big deal in the overall time line but, I would prefer to do it now than later..

I have sent my full docs to New Delhi Visa Office yesterday. It was delivered today morning.

This is what I have done (may not be correct/best way of doing things):

I have filled up the Schedule1 form to reflect my current employment status. The rest of the forms are old ones.

I have submitted the PCCs I got in July first week. Since I am sending my documents to VO before post-June26 people start sending their applicaitons, I thought there will be less confusion about 3month-old-limit on PCCs. I have also atatched RPRF.

I have created index sheets and used them as file seperators. Put entire documents in one plastic envelope and shipped with Bluedart. The whole package weighed around 1KG.

Now that you have sent the documents, what is the waiting period for the current stage and what is the next stage.

Don't know. 2nd AOR normally takes around 2 - 3weeks but, I don't think  my file is  transfered to New Delhi VO. So, AOR itself might take around a month. After AOR, I am hoping that it would take 4-8months time.

Hi all, i have one question, as i submitted my all docs to visa office sydney australia, although they all are JP attested but educ docs are not in university sealed envelope, so what you guys think, is it going to effect my case, despite of the fact that i have already recieved my 2nd AOR but still showing RBVO

Hi I have lost copies of my application forms which I submitted to the CIO now I am in a process f sending my forms to the visa office, should I just send the new filled application forms or i have to mention about it in the cover letter any suggestions please. thank you

Sri_da can you please put the list of your documents Index it will helpfull for other
also to compare their documents.

I  noticed that some visa offices ask for Travel History while others don't ask for it.  Some visa offices have their own form for travel history (London) while New Delhi VO expects you create the table by yourself. Samething applies to photos also.

What I did is that, I took New Delhi VO check list,  and created one chapter for each section in the check list that is applicable to me. Some sections are not applicable ( for example, arranged employment, etc.).

I have also attached the RPRF draft to the cover letter and attached the photos to IMM0008generic form, sealed transcripts to degree certificate, etc.

By the way, this is Salman here. I am highly intended to apply Canadian Immigration for me and my wife and my 2 years daughter.....

Brief profile is as follows:

* Working in Shoaiba Power Plant in Saudi Arabia from Feb 2, 2008 as ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (in compliance with the job requirement of NOC 1221 list)....

* I am BCS (bachelor of computer sciences-3 yrs degree), one year diploma in Business Administration from London, UK and one year MBA from London, UK

* Had lived in UK with my wife for 4 years. My daughter was born in UK too.

* My whole education from Grade 1 till MBA was in English. I worked in UK as Sales Officer in British Gas too in last 10 years and now at the current Job, working with loads of foreigners too, thus I believe, I am quite fluent in English Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening...

*Proof of funds not at this time but in 6 months time, I am ready to show my savings according to the requirement. But me and my wife owns 250 sq.yard Land in Lahore City which costs more than the required funds. I can provide the evaluation from the authenticated Property Evaluator Agent.

* My wife holds 3 years BCS Degree too (We graduated together)......

* I am 30 yrs of age

•   I have no planned or arranged job in CANADA.


By taking this under your consideration, what would be your suggestion to us? Should we go a head. As far as I know, applicants from KSA(Saudi Arabia) should forward the initial applications to Sydney and may they refer to London afterwards(not sure).

Anyways, bottom line question is “How hard it is to apply under FSW”..

I really don't want to go for IELTS as I never wanted too. The reason I feel is I am well equipped in English. Don't take me wrong, I am proud though. Just furnishing my skills here.

Hi Salman, regarding the IELTS, you will have to submit it. No chance of skipping.

And regarding your POF, until you will receive your first AOR, i hope till that time, u will be able to save some CASH savings, as it is always advisable to show POF in cash or Time deposits.

There is nothing like HARD in this new PROCESS, just a matter of submitting all the required documents asked by the VO on time.

6 photos/person. I put photos of each person in an envelop and attached the envelops to application form.  Did not stick any photo to the application form.
