Hi,
I am going to send the new forms with fresh signature. The forms mentioned in AOR are slightly different than the application forms I have sent to CIO. In schedule 3 form, we can now sepcify the NOC priority.
I will also update history, work experience, etc. to reflect the current status as on Oct. 2010 and mention these changes in cover letter.

Hi, I was also confused which form of Shedule3 to send and in order to avoid mistake I have sent both forms, the new one and the first one that I have sent to CIO. I have included cover letter, explaining the changes (we had few changes in the meantime) and why I have sent both forms. I could not find anywhere which form should we send. All forms are with the date when we sent the documents to the VO (not the date when we sent to CIO). This is the second time that we apply for immigration and even at the first time we did not have a problem with the forms (they were with the date when we send the document to the VO). Lamhey, Please update the excel sheet. Our documents arrived at VO today, Oct 18. Thanks! |

Hi i think we need to send copies of the forms we already sent to CIO, as mentioned in the end of VO checklist. below is the extract.. federal skilled worker before June 26, 2010, mail to the visa office the: •photocopies of the forms you submitted to the CIO, and •supporting documents required in this checklist, within the 120 day deadline set out by the CIO. Refer to the instructions for Mailing to the Visa Office below. |

Hi Lakhvinder, This is correct but you have to fill the new form if there are changes. All the forms listed in AOR are exactly same as those we have submitted in June except for Schedule 3. This seem to have been updated in 07/2010. |

you have to send exact copy which you sent to CIO without doing any single
changes and if your circumstances changes and then only update the form
with covering letter.

Just a suggestion
I think our spreadsheet can be grouped by VO and sorted by 1st AOR date. Looking at other threads it appears that VO processes applications in the order of 1st AOR (file transfer date).
This will also give us an idea if a apps from a particular VO is yet to receive any 1st AORs.
