Lamhey,
I found this in this forum.. Format is simple and bare minimum. You need to customize it for each employer.

LETTER HEAD

Ref No___________________                                                                       Date ______________

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

It is certified that Mr_____________________- DOB ____________ resident of ____________ worked with us  from ________ to ___________ as _____________. His last drawn salary is _____________( write in words also).
His job duties are :
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
HR Manager
or who so ever is signing authority
( stamp and signature)

thanks srid_a,

but, i am looking for in the case of current employer.
i have the contract paper, in which job duties & salary have been mentioned already, so just hav a doubt about them in the reference letter.

I think you need to have Salary, designation, and job responsibilities information in all the reference letters (even if this information is already mentioned in the offer letter).

Dear Lamhey,
I am Agree with srid_a, by the way it comes from regulations. receiving a certificate of service record from current employer is so easy, go on don't think other. in some case contracts is general, or some one changes his position and duty without changing the contract, so they need it.

I will suggest that the spread sheet should be organized just like May applicants. At first all rows of rejected cases in red color. Then all rows of AOR receiving cases in blue color and then remaining cases in green color.
This arrangement helps to focus on remaining cases clearly and in separate detail.

Another shocking discovery from June applicant spreadsheet...

Almost all remaining cases with given VO belong to London,Buffalo, Damucs and Cairo. Only a few cases belong to other VO............ Shocked Shocked

The same pattern is for May applicants spreadsheet. ..... Shocked Shocked

So almost all remaining cases with given VO in May and June lists belong to only London, Buffalo, Damucs, Caira. Only a few remaining cases belong to other VO like Mosco............. Angry Angry
I am June applicant but May applicants are waiting for almost 5 months. What will be their patience? Cry

I second Rizwan post & totall agree , I dont know what to say on this Biasnessof CIO for London VO , the more the applicant from this VO the more they shuld manage from huma resuurses , this is really playing like with future of pplz , I believed that there should be transparent system for alll the VO atleast at CIO end irrespective of the Wokload at VO end , I dont what wo to say and how long  to wait more , Can some boddy bring this Biasness into there notice ,I wil try to do from my end too

Thanks

"The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued instructions which were published in the Canada
Gazette on November 28, 2008. These instructions specify that only applicants who have Arranged
Employment Offers, who are legally residing in Canada and have been there for at least one year as
Temporary Foreign Workers or International Students"

"You are currently working in Canada on a work permit. Your work permit is valid when you apply for a permanent resident visa and;
Your employer has made an offer to give you a permanent job if your application is successful.
Note: Your work permit must be valid at the time your permanent resident visa is issued."(www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp#factors5

Help pls,

My spouse is currently in canada now on temporary work permit, she got their 1/10/2010 and she is currently waiting for "AOR" from "CIC",she submited application for parmanet residence 08/06/10 and the application was received in sydney on 15/06/10.The work permit just came in miraculously as she have work on it since early 2009.

My query is this,we intend to use this work permit as "arrange employment".she is still expecting"AOR"  from "cic" sydney but with a fellow member of forum quoting the 1st quote stated above in is rejection letter from is visa office(London) would it still be good for us to go on as we have plan? The second quote i got from the guide explain notting is bad if she present the work permit for "arrange employment" since she is presently in canada.

please senior your contribution is highly needed.
