I just got some good news. Yesterday I e-mailed my VO asking whether as a pre-June 26th applicant I needed to do the language test. I just received a reply. I was informed that a high school diploma will attest to my level of language and if the officer deems it necessary I will be asked to do the test. When I appplied the 1st time in 2009 I had just stated my language proficiency and I was given 20 points, so I suppose I should be o.k. Maybe other members of this forum should inquire from their visa office whether this test is truly necessary.

It was rejected in May.Job duties are incorrect Smiley))

Now it is in the past and I WILL got my AOR very soon ))))
