we lost our luck since we have chosen London as our center  Grin

London looks like the worst place for any Immigration or Visas. Got to go out man....

Here is processing time for 80% applications by different Visa Offices:-

VO - New Delhi (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 9 months)
VO - Manilla (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 10 months)
VO - Singapore (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 10 months)
VO - Sydney (AUS) (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 7 months)
VO - Buffalo (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 15 months)
VO - London (Processing time - 80% cases finalised in 11 months)

So it is clear from above figures and the pattern of issuing AORs with respect to Visa offices by CIO that
CIO is issuing AORs for less busy Visa offices at first.

I have one query someone please share his / her opinion

I have valid work visa for UK which is For one year and I have
to go uk to activate it before Dec 20 now I have few questions.

1)If I will go to UK for one month just to see how is everything there then do
I have to require to update background declaration form that I have been
In UK for one month

2)If I will send my complete application before leaving tor uk, then do I have to
update London visa office with background declaration form that I was in uk.

3)After submitting my second stage documents, If I will leave my current job and
go to uk permanently in that case what will happen

    1) Do I have to give reference letter from my employer in uk also
There are other possibility can also come may be i m not aware of it someone
please advice me what should be better option which I can do now, because Canada
immigration is just like a lottery you don't anything Can happened to you until you
do not have visa in your hand.

Dont believe in Luck..............
as no applicant from London VO in May/June list is fortune to receive AOR from CIO !!!!!!!!!!
If this has been the case so far, can it be safely said that CIO is giving due weightage to the VOs where workload is less compiled up relatively?? and issuing AORs priority wise??

Please note much of the information on the process relates to 2010/2011 process. A new process is coming out for FSWP in May 2013.
