Try passport seva kendra. You don't have to go to RPO office. There must be multiple PSKs in Hyd.

Did any one call CIO recently??
I got impatient , I can't tolerate any more. what are they going to do???I am so worry about it.
we are passing weeks after weeks and still noting changed in news .
God help us ....

After 11 weeks I called them , this time a man answered me that we don't have any record before 26 weeks .and he told me after 26 weeks we can access to your file .

ipog , Demanad Draft Information can be collected from your respective bank , like I made DD thru Ciitbank and I can find the DD status over a phone call

Thank you for sharing this information. I think they may be saying that you will receive AOR within 10wks after your CC is charged. If you are a june applicant, Your CC is charged at the end of August or  in Sept., and your 10wks will be over sometime in November.

Hi Sri my NOC number is 3131. for checking DD status, write an application to the bank where u made the draft. I did it in ICICI. takes one day to find out.

By making DD the money gets deducted from your account but it need to be confirmed to whom it is addressed whether it has been encashed or not..

CIO do not provide detail whether your DD has been encashed or not... the only way to find out is to call up your bank and ask them to check whether this DD has been credited at other end.

We all applicants who applied attaching DD - we all called up our banker and got confirmation on email that our DD has been encashed on so n so date... etc...

I am a June applicant and awaiting my file number.
I was told that nowadays even without the file number we can apply for the PCC.
Has anyone done so.  Please let me know.

i dn't think we need a file no. to get a PCC.  Grin

PCC can be received without any kind of no.
