Please, use less smiley icons, you are giving me a migraine.

Nobody knows for sure what they are doing - we all have our suspicions. Until people start receiving AORs, or CIC publish something on their website regarding timescales, it is all guesswork at the moment.

Like rizwan and others have mentioned,the process could be long and we can't influence CIO to indicate the timelines for AORs. Let us hope for the best!

I think we should wait for some more time. If the 10wk time frame information is wrong, we can collect the full names and fax it to them with our request.  It seems CIO has mentioned about 10wk time frame (after payment realization) for receiving the AORs.

In my opinion, long delays are very common during immigration process and we usually don't have any say about the process.

1- No.. My CC was not charged before I got my application returned back.
2- Well the words that I received from my consultant is that CIC guys are not satisfied with the responsibilities I am performing and they doubt about it.

Well my consultant filled all the experience forms as I told him everything what I am doing. So he better know what he written in the fields. Secondly, I am here in Pakistan, and he's in Canada, so two of my uncle know him there .. and he's also member of Canadian immigration society so I don't think he made any mistake.. CIC should have doubted my experience as I've only 2  years experience but I am performing duties of a manager.. so ..

Actually I only paid CAD $800 for starting the process. Rest was settled on the receiving of AOR .. As he's friend of my uncles, he handed the money back to him deducting only the FedEx charges.. so no issue of the money paid Smiley
