I dont understand why there is id delay in DD Encahshment, whil CC is charged so fast , any one of june 23rd from pak got DD ecncashed, please reply

Did anyone here received a confirmation letter from Nova Scotia when they received your application? A friend of mine told me that once they received your application on hand they will send us a confirmation letter with file number. True or False?

Hi All .My application was receiver at Halifa On 23rd June and signed by Paul, someone confused me that CIO office is in Sydney not in Halifax, Can anyone help me out whose application received staut would be the same i think Atul you had same case as mine sent thpugh DHL , got no response on DD ? quite confused  Thanks Faisal Faisal, this should not be a point of worry at all. I quote my case example, sent my app. via DHAL, status showed `received at Halifax office` and that was the final status on DHL`s URL. That worried me too but then subsequently had my DD encashed in 1st week of Sep. Things seem to be on track. Regards |

My friend, thats what construed as AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) from CIO. Almost 99.9% of members @ this forum are awaiting the same. Goodluck!! |

this is strange. up to the 1st step i.e checking the form and charging the fees are going on quick in CIO. But when it comes to issuing AOR they are slow. Apparently they are not issuing any AOR (considering the timeline May and June applicants are posting). This is really strange!

i am the 4 may aplicant and my husband get letter of pcc from candian embassy riyadh without any AOR yet?but CIO sent me a e mail of reciept of my application with file number B=========.but it is not actual .AOR.SO I CANT SENT MY DOCUMENTS TO VISA OFFICE NEWDELHI.may be i will get AOR (OFFICIAL) IN MID OCTOBER. ------INSHALLAH.

Well unfortunately we will not know the timelines for the post-June-26th applications until the first few people start receiving AORs and file numbers. However, looking at the speed of cashing BDs and charging CCs compared with pre-June-26th, it looks likely that they are trying to blast through the 20,000 FSW1 applications post-June-26th so that they can then return to the backlog. If they can clear these 20,000 in 3 months then they have an entire 9 months in which they can churn through the previous applicants. Wayne. |
