Hi All .My application was receiver at Halifa On 23rd June and signed by Paul, someone confused me that CIO office is in Sydney not in Halifax, Can anyone help me out whose application received staut would be the same i think Atul you had same case as mine sent thpugh DHL , got no response on DD ? quite confused  Thanks Faisal |

Yep, all applications for FSW's need to be couriered to CIO, Sydeny, Nova Scotia and not other offices...

If ur application goes by FedEx, it will be shown as Sydney, NS and if it goes by DHL, it will appear as Halifax, NS in tracking. Dont worry, its okay. |

Hi all,
This is my first time on this forum, My application returned by the CIO yesterday due to wrong payment of funds. How do i go about this.
I have been adviced to pay through a bank draft but i dont know what bank issues this in Nigeria and if they do know how to.
-Do i just ask for a bank draft in canadian funds?
-If I do manage to do so and return my application, would I be considered as a new applicant or should i make it clear that i was a june applicant so wont have to que up again?
I hope someone can explain in detail to me as i have so many questions.......
Go to GTB head office,victoria island;lagos you will get bank draft payable in canadian dollar.

but what can we do at the most??? Burn our eyes seating on computers, checking emails every on n off??, De-concentrate on our works etc..??
So, let's be optimistic that what ever the delay happens... happens for the good sake....

Thank u all for all your answers, it has really helped. im gonna send my application again since my work experience is still on the NOC list. Ive got nothing to loose really. My other questions are:
Do we go through an interveiw of some sort
When do i get my police check and medical checks ready
stupid question, what does AOR mean? not familiar with this term since everyone keeps saying they are waiting for their AOR
Am I required to do an IELTS exam?, I mean I am a native english speaker and I graduated from a university in London

You need to make sure you are filling the application complies with new EG77.pdf. The documents you need to submit to CIO has changed since Jun26th. I hope they do understand that this dream is in their hands.. I just hope that everything is going okay.. Despite the fact.. that they suddenly stopped with May 3 applicants... (Kinda frustrating.. but I know we have to hold on)    It's going to be party time for everyone once they started sending 1st AORs... I hope this is the week that they will start sending! GoodLuck to all of us!! =)  |
