no communication they just returned by ordinary post.
So guys give me final advice 60 % my conscious say leave it 40% say I should try it
do u see any meaning of sending all again and my noc is no longer exist now.

Good thing is that I have work permit now that's why i m not very worried.

Well CIO is not responsible for your payment concern if they have not provided any column for CVV number means that is not a requirement. Many applicants got their CC charged and have not provided any CVV number so problem was with your Bank not with CIO. I think on this ground they will not consider your request. That's purely my opinion, decision is up to you and  seniors can give you better opinion.

But I would try to send putting a cover letter, since you dont have anything to loose other than postal charges to send the application back. You never know, if you are lucky they may consider. Its just my opinion, personally I would resend the application putting some explanation about the CVV number without blaming the CIO.

agreed. it's not CIC, but the bank to blame.
I would also give a try, if i were u.
there's nothg to lose, only the courier charge matters.
do write a nice cover letter explaining all the situations.

I want you reconsider the decision which was taken by you to return my application
because of credit card transaction problem, I m in mid of the situation bank said it is
their security requirement that CVV no is must for all transaction and there is no place
in the FSW fees form where I can put CVV no.


On 23 of August CIO tried to deduct 1250$ from my credit card but that attempt was
not successful due to CVV no problem as I knew about it I have contacted with my bank
and and sent fax to CIO  on    26 August with my CVV no and again one more reminder
fax on 30 August.

here I have put scan copy from bank about all transaction detail




I m sending the Complete application package back  as I received on 15-sept-2010
and writing the CVV no on fees payment form.

I shall be very grateful to you if you can consider my application, due to small

In morning when I received my application return back due to credit card charge problem so I thought not to apply again because I have already got Work permit for UK.

But I don't know in evening I feel that I must speak against this it is just ridiculous it is not my fault
Then why should take because they did not ask cvv no in form

I have decided to send my application with same credit card no with cvv no and covering letter from
Bank as well as covering letter from me that it is completely their fault neither I m responsible nor bank.

Do you to think it is good idea

If yes then please help me to write cracking cover letter.

i think it's better to also inform the date when ur application was reached at CIC, that makes them easier to go along with that date.
besides, pls inform ur passport no. n country of birth too.

Hi faisal,

There is a possibility that your DD has been en-cashed but your bank could not provide you status, actually mine was paid on 27 August but my bank updated me on 14th sept despite regular follow up.so dont loose heart...be positive.
