Dear members;
I have question about the new NOC list. I applied based on the old NOC and i am expecting my application to be back to me due payment technical problems. I applied as a Construction Manager and other occupations.
My question is: Many of the Construction Manager duties are located on the 2151 Architects occupation, can i apply again using the new NOC # ?
If yes, is this will making any problem with the CIC since i will change my NOC occupation ?

Hi Yes you can apply with new NOC as far as your job duties are 70% similar to that occupation and Job title doesn't matter. CIO does not keep records of your application, which has been sent back but still on safer side take care about the dates and other information that should be as it was earlier. hope this helps |

Looks like the CCs and DDs receive are really progressing.Almost every one in June has been charged.I am pretty sure some people's account has been charged but they are unaware of it. So let us keep our fingers crossed. Looks like they are going to be releasing the AORs all at once

Just checked the requirements of Manitoba PNP Immigration as a back up plan if CIO returns application sent on 16th june application, to be eligible for Manitoba PNP we should have connections with Manitoba and need one of following things.Anybody who got selected for this nomination?
1-proof of a close relative in Manitoba *
2-two affidavits of support (MAS), each completed by a close friend or distant relative in Manitoba **
3-proof that you have previously worked full-time in Manitoba for at least six months
4-proof that you completed an educational program in Manitoba of at least one academic year (excluding language-training programs
