Ignore that post. It is not authentic and has no link from CIC or VO to support the claim. I believe it is just a speculation
"Just speculation" is a polite way of putting it. I can think of several words less polite but perhaps more accurate to describe Nectar's posts  Wayne. |

Good day all forum members It has been the same on my side, nobody reports receiving 2nd AOR. We have not heard anything from our local visa office – this is the same for persons who had applied months before us and for those who submitted full documents earlier than us (as per various forums). Both our visa offices have the same processing times. I would love to send them an email of enquiry but I do not know from what date the processing times commences and how it is calculated. For example using my time line, when is the best time to send an appropriate email. Keeping my fingers crossed..... Hope we all hear some positive news soon. All the best. AP |

Hi all I read on another thread that that the processing of apps for NOC 4131 and 0213 have been put on hold due to the large numbers of applicants. Do any of you have more info about this? Should this really be the case there is case for concern. Has anyone with these NOCs received 2nd AOR od Med requests yet?
I think the best way for you can be to check passport thread for the people who are getting visa stamped. Today one more 4131 got visa stamped, Just be positive is the key to the waiting process Best Wishes, Kavya |

Hi Guys,

Its been over 4 months since i submitted full docs... NO 2nd AOR or MR from the VO in London.
My consultant now tells me that i should wait for 8 months form the date of submittion of docs as the VO is very busy with post 26 June applications.

Well in the 4 or 5 months since the first post-June-26 applications arrived at London, only 2 post-June-26 users on this forum have reported hearing anything (two October applicants got medical requests apparently). So if London are very busy with post-June-26 applications they are certainly doing a very thorough job! Wayne. |

I think you should send your case specific enquiry to CIC As in lot of our cases we got 2ed AOR within 10 to 20 days after full documents sent. lot of us from 4131 and 0213 applicants are getting medicals and visas too. I mean if you think they give priority to other NOC or post June applications, it can be just matter of 1 or 2 months delays not more... Its my opinion Best Wishes, Kavya |

Hi AP,
I would suggest query this to ur VO because it's way too late.
I am also pre june applicant and my NOC is 1111. I filed full docs to New Delhi VO on 25 Jan 2011a and receibed 2nd AOR on 8 Feb 2011. |

Hi Kav, Thanx for suggestion..well i have already sent CS inquiry to ND but no reply, i think they will reply me only after a month. And also assuming that may it has been misplaced..anyways there's still a doubt that why they didn't update my status to RBVO then if they have received my FD..well i've also confirmed from my courier...... well lets wait for their reply. And how much are u sure that NOC 4131, 0213 are getting MR...if that so then hopefully i'll be getting my MR directly w/out any 2nd AOR  GOD BLESS! PalNP |

I too submitted full documents to Visa Office and to date, have not received 2nd AOR. . .
Shekool It's like everything is at a standstill. At least my friend and I know that our drafts (RPRF) were negotiated few days after the receipt of our documents. Two weeks ago a friend informed me that his ECASE has changed to RBVO. He had received his 1st AOR in July 2011 and submitted full documents in September 2011. To date he has not received any form of communication or 2nd AOR. The processing time is 14 months at our Kingston VO. How is this calculated? Thanks AP |
