I think you dont need PC for your sister, is this your VO requirement? There is no need to fill new application, just send copies of all forms you have sent to CIO. |

yes you can fill new forms but make sure that there will not be any discrepancy in dates, and if there is any change u can mention that in your cover letter. good luck. |

Hi, It seems CIO is processing all the applications of one Visa Office(VO) at a time. Until last couple of days they did not give any APR for Buffalo/Ankar/Accra VO applicanrts. Even May applicants (of these VO) did not receive the AOR. Hopefully you will get your AOR next week. Goodluck! Hi All ,

I have applied under NOC 4131 and my first set of application reached Sydney office on Jun'23 . My Credit Card was charged on Aug'31 . But so far I have not recieved any kind of communication (email/mail) . I am not sure what to do now . Can someone please share your thoughts on this case .

Hello Everyone,
Am a new member in this forum...I need a clarification please...
I got the intial temporary file number in June 2010 and my last date for submitting the 120 days documents was Oct 20th. I had all the documents ready except for IELTS and requested Visa office for extension? Will VISA office give extension for submitting the IELTS results?

Are you staying in Canada ? I do not understand when you say your Visa office is Nova Scotia. As far I know, you can not select Nova Scotia as Visa office. Perhaps any senior can respond to this query. I do not see Nova Scotia as Visa office in the list given on the CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.aspTo clarify this, I am staying in Toronto and my CIO is Sydney, Nova Scotia. Sorry for the type. |

Hello,
I am currently gathering the docs for the Visa Office.
For my wife's previous jobs, do I need to get original employment contracts? If they send a photocopy, will the VO accept these? (as I believe they only accept certified copies). I dont think my wife's previous employers will send the original employment contracts.

Hi all,
I am single applicant but I had to provide the detail of all non-accompanying family. Now will I have to provide degrees, birth certificates, passports etc of my wife and children also. I am getting two advices here. One group suggest that educational documents, birth certificate and passports of non-accompanying and non-fee paying family members. On the other hand, second group declares it a must to send educational documents, passports, birth certificates.
Pls give your expert opinion.
