Hi,
I applied as a Computer System Manager (0213), which was delisted on June 26, 2010.
I live in MA, USA.
The visa office is Buffalo, NY.
Unfortunately, my mail was US Priority Mail, and I did not know when it was received by the CIO. Let's assume it was received on June 5, 2010.
The credit card was charged on August 23, 2010.
NO AOR yet.

Hi am too from New Delhi, u can get bank draft from any branch of HDFC bank or some of national banks also issue DD. Regarding application filling and sending go through the below links if u find any problem, forum members are there to help u.  thanx dear i woud lik 2 aske u if i make DD how i know my application in the process |

Hi muqdad, If you apply with DD, you can ask your bank to check if DD is encashed or not. In my opinion, some banks are providing this informaiton after 2-4 weeks of actual DD encashment. If you use HDFC in New Delhi, you can expect similar delays. DD is safe compared to credit card based payment. If you can't figure out if your DD was encashed, then you have to wait for AOR/Rejection letter to know the fate of your application to CIO. This is the worst part because it could take months to know the status of your application. If you are applying now, you probably need to apply quickly before the quota (1000 per NOC and 20000 FSW1) expires. Goodluck! |

I have one question I have MBA with 5 years experiance and I have more than five years experiance in plumber befor MBA means from 2000-2005 I work plumber after that I compelet MBA.my question I apply under 1122 or 7251.

I would like to ask about fee payment to VO Bucharest,because i can't understand exactly method of payment.Can I pay againe with credit card 490 CAD to VO Bucharest with my credit card as i did before when i paid 550CAD to CIO Nova Scotia.I will send againe fee payment form IMM 5620.

none of the post 26 june applicants has got the 1st AOR till date. I think as the process is too much different than the previous one, so there might be another system. & since the applicants have sent their full documents to the CIO, comparatively the time taken by CIO to check & respond will definitely take more time than the previous system.
