Nothing to worry yet,wait for the file to reach you and see the objection they have raised.
The objection will be circled or highlighted take care of that and send the file back as it is.
do not make any changes not even a spelling error should be removed

even if the Noc is out dont worry you will get through unless of course they have reason to believe that what you are claiming is not true and there is no way you can re convince

secondly barring a few people every body on this thread is an amateur trying to figure out what exactly is happening to their own application.

It is good to take everybody advice but I will strongly suggest you handle you application professionally and logically

All the Posts for you are feeling sorry for you without Knowing the cause Guys.This is PR application not a tourist Visa so Relax and wait for the letter from CIC

Pay attention that his NOC was 0631 , and 0631 is the common  NOC in the  last and the  new list .

Looking other possibilities.. For Example Quebec PNP or Temporary Visa etc.. Nothing finalized yet.. Will surely gonna update u folks if either I am still up for moving to Canada or choosing some other country

Dear jigzyy, could you kindly write down your mentioned duties of the form, here on the forum? I had an experience on this job, along with my experiences in some other Demanded codes. I think it can be helpful.

HI dear friend,
you may need to think it again you had applied before 26th june so how can they sort out your application now. Because they clearly know that after 26 June they had sorted all files and now posting AORs to those 29 occupation people if you had applied before then you are also in queue with us because you may be in 29 list or may not be so its unclear for them. I hope all will get AORs till 31 Oct who applied before 26 June unless and untill their file has no single mistake.

let me ask one question. okay, my code 4131 is not in the new 29 occupation list, BUT I do have more experience in another code which is in the 29 occupation list, then, r they going to sent me the AOR first, delaying the other pre 26 june applicants??

IT IS NOT THEY R GOING TO DO.

what i feel is they r just encashing cc/dd of post 26june application to fill the 20,000 cap, then they r coming back to us.

Thats even the sadest part. You applied via consultant, must have paid him huge $$. They can not even pen down the JDs of your NOC?? Thats a big Q mark. I know for sure that is a very RARE reason for app. return. You`hve got to sort out that consultant over this.

yEah you have got to soirt out something with that consultant of yours. The problem came from his side. He has not completed the job. I would advice you reapply

It's really sad that because of consultant's fault, deserving people need to suffer.....Jigzy should give a good beating to him/her....

One of my friend is in second stage of receiving AOR. His consultant sent him an email (which he recd from CIO) that now the timelines for pre June 25 applications have been changed. Now, to get 1st AOR, applicant has to wait for 6 months and to get 2nd AOR, timeline is 8 months. Previously, it's 3 months and 6 months respectively.

Once you get the letter send them a detailed info about your responsibilities not just points and send the file back as is

you will get accepted. This Time use a better consultant. alternatively send me a message on what you wrote on your responsibilities section.

A good news to share with you. Upon my inquiry bank has confirmed that my DD was charged on 9th Sep 2010. My application reached CIO on 23th Jun 2010 and NOC is 0213.Kindly update my status.
How much percentage of applications still reject after CC/DD charge and how many weeks it takes for AOR after payment charge?
