I called CIO for second and third time : They told me that encashment means that they have started processing your app. 10 weaks after encashment they make decision and you can expect your AOR .IT means 11th of nov for me. I asked about recent delays , they told it is due to high volume .in this case the first AOR for june applicants will be received about 28th of oct.  so leave your computers and go back and return one month later  |
