Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum, I just discovered it.
I have applied to FSW and sent my application to NS CIO on June 9th, and arrived there on June 15th.
Until now no news or updates.

Wish me good luck, I will keep you updated  Smiley

While the AOR is pending. we all should intensify effort in collating the supporting documents to various VO.

Hi

In morning when I received my application return back due to credit card charge problem so I thought not to apply again because I have already got Work permit for UK.

But I don't know in evening I feel that I must speak against this it is just ridiculous it is not my fault
Then why should take because they did not ask cvv no in form

I have decided to send my application with same credit card no with cvv no and covering letter from
Bank as well as covering letter from me that it is completely their fault neither I m responsible nor bank.

Do you to think it is good idea

If yes then please help me to write cracking cover letter.

Rehaan,

I quite sympathise with your position but then the whole issue will be put as your fault! Why?

Reason: You are supposed to favour CIC all necessary information leading to the charging of your CC whether or not it was asked for afterall you are paying for a service. They do not need to seek your fuyrther permission to charge you CC (Talking from aspect of law)

I am not saying that you should not follow the matter to a logical conclusion but I don't see you getting at them.

However, the outcome will surely help other members of this forum who were wrongly denied the opportunity of migrating to Canada.

Other Seniors should please contribute on this vital issue.

First thing there is no place for CVV no in form and second on 23 of august my transaction was declined and 26  I have send fax to them including my cvv no and again I have sent on 30 august and my letter of rejection was printed on 31 of August, it mean either they are deaf or there is no use of fax machine at
their office because you can't put more immediate response then this.

I just ask opinion from member here because  after getting my work permit I m not in much
need but thing is that this is not fair to reject someone application like that

so please share your view.

I just called CIO....the answer i got is the same as expected " WE R PROCESSING APPLICATIONS TILL 3RD MAY" and refused to provide any other detail and did not check any status of my file for client ID....

I hung up and called again....this time the lady told again that 3rd may story but checked my application status with date of birth and first/last name and told that they have no record for my file (I am May 19 applicant and CC was charged on 17 Aug  Embarrassed ). She asked to call after 4 weeks to check if there is any other update...

Both the ladies told that there is no time line...they cannot provide any information how long it gonna take....


So just disappointment.... cant do anything except praying and waiting..... Roll Eyes

Sorry to hear about your predicament. However there is a silver lining to your cloud - you have the work permit for England Cheesy. So cheer up. Can you tell me whether you were informed that your documents were being returned by e-mail, or did you just receive them in the post?

Friend of mine applied on august 15th and got his file back with in 10 days ( IELTS was old)...

no communication they just returned by ordinary post.
So guys give me final advice 60 % my conscious say leave it 40% say I should try it
do u see any meaning of sending all again and my noc is no longer exist now.

Good thing is that I have work permit now that's why i m not very worried.
