Dont worry bro if it is received by CIC before 26th June then you will get through it, i am confident because it says that list is effective from the date of publication of Canadian Gazette and the publication of Canadian Gazette is 26th June so means your application will be consider under old rule. No worries mate i know what have you been through your application was returned last time but i am sure you will get through it this time. The only question i have in my mind is that what if CIC now returns the application on a reason that job duties does not match so what will happened to the applicant will he/she still be able to apply under the old list because application was received before 26th June or the new list will apply to him/her, this is confusing. I dont think that they will process application which were send for correction...Remember what happened last time?All those application were rejected. I am so sorry for guys who were applied on June 26th.It is really bad news. |

If unfortunately due to any reason my application is returned, and i again have to resubmit....
that will i fall under the new rule or under the old rule?
