@ Mehulca,
ND VO gets the most no of applications in anywhere in the world in any of the immigration categories.Now as it is evident by looking the cases of Manila & London,ND VO too has started giving replies to the queries that they are going to start the process by June 2012.Even I've rceived the same letter in reply of my CSI.So what i can conclude is,ND VO is still working on MI2 cases and other immi . cases,while MI 1 has been kept on HOLD till they clear MI2 and other backlogs.
My gut feeling says Our turn will come soon..

My question is: In post MI-1 cases, NDVO issued MR withing 1 month of processing date, whereas in current pre-june cases, no one has received MR/furhter update after expiring of 2 months. I can understand when they don't start processing due to MI-2 & MI-3 cases. But once they have started the process, then why such delay?
I tell u why its happening .Visa officer has nothing to do with annual visa targets, they jus review cases , and they are doing the same ,reviewing cases and recommending it to ECU for meds. It is the ECU who regulates and consumes PRE PAID CARDS of annual target being given by minister through parliament of Canada. and its our assumption that ECU may first want to receive final figure of MI-1 visas liability then its gona shower meds |

ADEPTABLILITY : 3 FOR WIFE
BUT DO NOT ADDED MY COUSIN RELATIVE POINTS
ALREADY I SEND PROOF OF RELATIVE [ PASSPORT / TAX FILE ]

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 7, 2012.
And yesterday Mar 26 2012, we recd a letter from consulate general of canada asking for FBI Clearance, Medicals and the fees. This letter was dated Mar 16 2012.

most of the pre-juners are getting refused, due to 1 reason or another, god knows watz gonna happen? I have observed most of them are 4131. any ideas...... |

Well, I have no comment for the same. We are here for positivity at the same time I haven't got any news for rejection for 4131. It dont work like just one NOC. Its because may be me or u are from 4131, we like to know more abt same NOC applicants. However, there are rejection and selection work for all NOC's. If a person gets rejection, they must need to give reason. If they fail to give valid reson, we can always apeal for it. What Thats what I believe. God Bless, Kavya |

thx for positive reply, but if u search the forum, u will find atleast 40-50 cases refused within march itself which belong to 4131 datz the worry coz its not in 29 noc. many of cases have got DECISION MADE status. I have read some expert's opinion that these cases are sooner or later got rejected. alha knows wat lies ahead. |

The documents you have submitted for your relative may not be enough or vague to prove that he/she is your relative. Try to submit more documents before CIC removes the file number from the system. |

Let me tell u one thing, I have seen some MR for 0213 and all. at the same time, If any one gets rejection they wont share u the real reasons. I have read in may of rejections that, some times they didnt mention full duties of job profile. sometimes their points are not enough. some times, they fail in interview. Sometime with some other verification. I feel to share my views that if you think u have done all documentation perfectly, then dont worry, you are in a que to get MR, not rejection. I dont believe in any such news where data is missing. we need reference of everything before we believe that they are just sending rejection without any base, God bless and be positive and stand on the que for MR not for rejection.
