Did they asked you before the medicals, to send any updated doc, like as updated application form, police certificate, settlement fund etc etc Please share your experienc. If your ECAS changed to the IN PROCESS status in June 2011 did you had any other notification letter or e-mail from your VO??? Thank you in advance... |

I am a prejune applicant (NDVO) waiting for PR (FSW) since April 2010. But still my ECAS is showing RBVO (2nd AOR- Jan, 2011).
I don't know when CIC really starts to process my file.
What I wanted to know is my spouse is also fit under the FSW NOCs. Can we separately apply for PR (making my spouse as principle applicant) without withdrawing my current file?
I am really looking for your valuable suggestion.

usually it takes 1 to 3 months
My case t got MR after stated the additional line by 8 days My in process was in june which means after 5 months lag |
