will CIC send me an e-mail or I should wait until receive my file back?
because my c c didn't encash yet and I think my application will be rejected because it reached N.S on the 2nd of June.

At this time there is not rejection and acceptance......because it is initial stage.......if any document is missing or they need another document which is extra ordinary important like if you do nt send your IELTS certificate with the application they will send you back application with detail letter and you can apply again with the that requirement ok...........no need to worry.........if credit card is not charged sometime credit card of other countries does not respond accurately in Canada..........so they try again and again to recharge untill a specimen time........so dnt worry if any document is missed your file will be back with detail letter and you can send it again..........and do nt try to worry untill one month at least in worst case......... |

O Man...................this is the reason.....................they will take time to check your old application detail and new one..........as they will enter your ID or Passport Number the whole story will be before them.............so now nt worry they must take the time........ |

I applied for Federal Skilled Worker, My application received in CIC office Sydney on the 1st, June 2011, My demand draft was cashed on the 17th, June 2011, could anyone tell me what is next??? is my application approved or still it needs to be checked by different departments??

Hi, good to see that your BD has been encashed. this means that your application is complete and that it will now be review by an officer for eligibility. if eligible, you will receive a positive eligibility review (PER). hope you get this soon Brav21 |
