Sorry to hear this.  Don't worry, we had a same case, my 1st application was on January 2011 and received my NER on March 21, 2011. My NOC is 4151. You can reapply.. But be sure that you will focuse more on your Job Description. In my case, I reapplied on my own again on June 2011, this time the principal applicant is my common-law partner, I am much confident with her job description and I focus on it. Reapply. You can do it  goodluck. |

I suggest you review the ministerial job description on their website and match it with yours... You can even changed it but will have the same thought NEVER COPY IT BECAUSE IT WILL BE A SURE REFUSAL. GOOD LUCK |

Good luck and there is still not that many 4152 apps received yet. I think the last update was 28 completed applications. So don't worry you well be able to make the cap if you reapply soon.
