yes, original and sealed must be sent. CIC don't care that someone has a hard time getting the transcripts from a school. Copy of the diploma and originals of transcripts, period. I'm sute that you can get another copy of them by asking the secretary of school to get/type them even though only 1 set is given when graduating. Schools must have records to reference your schooling. After all, we live in 21st century. It's not easy, but it can be done. You might have to give someone power of attorney to go to school to get them for you, but it can be done.
i speak from experience here. Even though rarely CIO accepts copies (makes a mistake) it does not mean that VO will do the same. Remember, CIC operational manuals says that someone must be fully qualified at time of application, not afterwards. So, if copies are sent and then a year later it's discovered that a mistake was made you are looking at a refusal. Instructions are there for a reson, not for people to make excuses and go around them.
Instructions by CIO,,,,,,,must be follow............but i know many of person from Pakistan.......who sent notarized copies of all educational transcript/mark sheet and get PERs now they are in Medical process.........any how Experience talks............

Hello All!
I have reapplied my FSW 1122 application after falling short of cap last year.
I am a Pakistani National and my Visa Office is London and was born in the UAE
and reside here as well.
My question is:
Do CIC and London VO STILL require the original Birth Certificates of Pakistani applicants?
Since I do not have my Original Abu Dhabi BC, I got the copy notarized and translated legally.
And in order not to confuse CIC, I did not send original BCs of my wife and daughter and hence
notarized theirs as well.
Would this be accepted? However, I sent my original Marriage certificate.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Just a few hours to close this working week of Nova Scotia time zone. It was a good week, but not a hard working week, as some people did not yet receive PER. My understanding from this week is CIO is in a summer relax mood, and the coming up candidates in the queue will not have the same time span of previous ones and the PER will come in an streched time manner ... what do you think?

My status is the same: (( It took about a week to change to CIO-S E Complete. I am hoping for a miracle now: to go to IN PROCESS straight away...surely that is not too much to ask Accra VO for?! .
