Ok buddy you require it on later stage you can send your application as FSW without clearance certificate......there is no need to worry oftern these certificate are valid up to six month so process takes more time it may require from you later even with medical so do nt worry go ahead.........
hi there..thanks very much..the police/national beauru of investigation here in the phils are having problems..it will take them about a month(esp those living in the province) to fix the said probs if I have the same name with other person..so I can now proceed with the initial application? and the clearance will just follow on the next request from cio?like for eg..medical requests? thanks very much..im really worried about this.. |

i have soem updates regarding employment and passport details.
havnt heard from Visa office yet after getting PER.
what shud I do..?
wait till i hear from visa office n then update my status wd them...or ..guide?

Please share what kind of Updated you wish to inform your visa office.............then any one can advise you..........about Passport there must not be any new update.........except you renew your passport and that is no more update because at your new passport the number of last passport is pasted........if there is any change in your passport then you have to inform........ |

It would be written in your PER email Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals. But there is no indication about change in name.......it seems to me difficult how it may possible that you daughter name change after submission of application............even now you have make change in your forms which is you submitted for family information........ you have to create new thread for it for more suggestion........my suggestion is this quote your file number and inform your visa office......... |

and hw about termination of employment.do we also have to report that or just new employment?
It must be report otherwise they will contact your old employer for verification and they will say the said person is not here or terminated........yo will not be verified at your post........so if you get new job......you must have to submit your new employment contract and other details like salary, benefit joining of date like this.......... |

you have to wait for two weeks or more because they still process 16 may's applications. could you tell me which NOC are you? wish you all the best. |

after en cashed your D D you will get a PER within one month and PER means( positive eligibility review).
the second step is AOR (Acknowledge Of Receipt) and it will come from your Visa Office.
