I have submitted my case under FSW a month ago.
I am waiting for cic response so i decided to check through my bank if cic has cashed the bank draft.
I am from Pakistan nd has used DOLLAR EAST service.
so the bank told me they cant verify so early as the bank draft is only a month old yet nd its valid for 6 months.
they can only check it after two months...tht response was kind ov wierd to me...so neone else has experienced such trouble with their bank...plz do share.

Best of luck guys! Smiley

However, I would definitely also have a Plan B if I were you.

By July 2012 the NOC list will have been around for 2 years and the last list under MI-I was replaced after 2 years. Therefore it is probable the list will be revised. Nobody really knows what changes they may make, but the NOCs such as 1122, 3152, 3131 etc which have reached the caps are perhaps at the most risked of being dropped. Of course it also depends on Canadian market needs at the time they revise the list.

So as well as preparing for a fresh FSW1 1122 application, you may also want to have a look at other routes such as FSW2 and Provincial Nomination, in case 1122 doesn't make the list next year.

i have experience of 240 weeks (4 and a half year) of continous full time working in my related field of dentistry. during this time i worked for two different hospitals. 8 months in one place and 3 year and 11 months in the other. in both the places i worked for 36 hours per week which was mentioned in my experience letter.
now my question is whether i will be able to claim maximum points for work experience as total hours needed for full time work for four years (which is required for maximum points) is more than what is required. but as per week statistic i was working 1.5 hour less every week. please let me know whoever has the answer to my query. i am very much concerned bout this. regards

New Applicants – Be aware before applying
Tip: One should count his/her application in CAP once completeness check is over. (It may be 7-15 days max.).

Completeness Checks  Completeness check covers:
•   Accurate filled forms & fees, submission of documents as per checklist.
•   Points calculation,
•   Job duties & role match with NOC.

Example: - For Example one's application reached 5 September, his application may be processed for completeness in 7 to 15 days, and his application may be counted in 20th  September's announced number of applications received.

(This is based on only observations)
