Guys, just want to ask can we also use the IMM 5401 receipt no. to access ecas? and which information am I going to use is it my sponsor's or mine? Thanks!
the receipt number does not work although it says it should  you will have to wait for an AOR to get a UCI# and File/Application# before you can log on...... |

My baby left home yesterday!
We saw her off at the Purolator offfice and she was headed to Vegreville. She seems to young to be off on her own. She is only a month old and only weighs 4 lbs. We are hoping that she will make us proud and return a Permant Residency card for my wife real soon. Let the waiting begin!
I checked and she has arrived in Vegreville at 9:35 this morning. I guess that technically makes ma a July Applicant. We are Inland and it looks as though everyonr else here is Outland. Am I in the right place? Or does anyone know if there is a thread for Inland.

Technically you should be able to use your receipt number, but from what other forum members have been saying, it doesn't work.
Usually when the Sponsor gets a UCI number sent via email (or snail mail) you can use that to log in a few days after you receive it. You can also use your spouse's if they already have one, or when they receive one from the VO.
Thanks bagel! yeah you are right it's not working. I just received AOR yesterday July 31, 2012 I tried to access ECAS but it seems not updated yet. |

Thanks bagel! yeah you are right it's not working. I just received AOR yesterday July 31, 2012 I tried to access ECAS but it seems not updated yet. Awesome - congrats on the AOR! I think e-cas can take a while to log in to once an AOR is received (sometimes a couple of days, sometimes longer). I have heard of people trying both with and without the hyphen with different degrees of success. Hopefully it starts working for you soon, but if not - don't panic. E-cas is a bit hit 'n miss :p |

absolutely!! that dang website...I always have to input the UCI# or Application # twice.....comes up not processed or insert hypen so I just hit the back arrow and re-enter number and then it works......not sure why but everytime!!! |

My wife is going back today for a retest after a couple of weeks of antibiotics. We will be doing this today and the Dr will be forwarding the results on to CIC. I received confirmation of delivery in Vegreville by Purolator yesterday but no word from CIC on recieving it yet. |
