just read the new checklist for philippines, i noticed my nadagdag na forms ung IMM0008DEP. pano yan na submit na ni misis nung july 28 sa cic-m papers manin? magkakaron ba ng problema kya to sa processing d2 sa CEM?

zildian, anung form po yung nadagdag? kase i checked it di ko makita yung form na yun... and i think if di pa nman sya effective the time u submit the application i think its ok not to include that, baka hingin na lng sa atin later yun, kaka-confuse anu.. dami na kase ngiging changes ngayon

I'm just wondering if did anyone not comply with the 3 month period requirement for the nbi clearance? I just noticed it and mines 3 and 2 weeks old. And our NBI right now, takes one month to process.

Please help.

you can still use your old nbi, it will expire a year, no need for you to get a new one. Hope this helps.

Thanks floy, yea it does expire after a year, pero kasi sa nabasa ko kelangan nakuha siya 3 months before submission. Copy from the guidelines "The certificate must have been issued no more than three months prior to submitting your application."

ipasa mo na lng yan kc sa akin almost 2 months then walang comments yung immigration lawyer nmin. Will wait until the cem will ask you a new copy of your nbi, at least hindi ma delayed application mo sayang kc oras at the same time kuha ka din a new nbi even though it takes a month kung sakali ni request nla. Yan din ang gagawin ko maybe next week punta ako sa nbi branch nmin para sigurado

in my opinion hindi nman siguro, kase the time na na-submit yung application mo eh di pa nman yta existing yang form na yan, and for sure if the CEM will require that baka isama nlng sa additional docs. and baka tayong lahat hingan din ng ganyan... kaka-toxic anu, lalo na pag tungkol sa application natin, kk-praning... ako nga i checked the application more than a hundred times pero ayun di pa rin n-perfect... hayy sabi nga ni hubby ko wag ko na masyado isipin and lets just wait... God knows our heart's desire and He is always there to make a miracle for us

yun ngang bagong IMM0008 e gumawa ako ung my barcode starting july 18 kc nakalagay, nasa misis ko na yung mga papers ko pero dpa nya na submit sa cic-m. so i've filled up IMM0008 with barcode then send again to my wife in canada kasama ng copy 2 ng remedical ko, so yung bagong IMM008 ang sinama sa application namin

oo nga sana masubmit na namin nasa detroit pa ngayon si hubby meron trip sa work nya sa 12th pa balik nya so most probably around the 15th or 17th the most ang submission namin kasi ipapacheck nya sa mga immigration consultant dun kasi libre lang yata meron syang pinupuntahan. I will also send mga blank na app na meron ng signature ko para if ever meron akong mali sya na lang magfifill up anyway meron na akong nafill upan. For some reason ninenerbyos ako at kinakabahan sa pagsubmit ng app kasi medyo natraumatized ako sa 2 trv denial ko.
