Yung Appendix A talagang may Appendix B sa likod. I think sabi din nila, generic form daw yan.
In my case, yung 9 photos nga na sinubmit namin with my application, sinoli.

Hi Good Day to all, I was wondering if i could join this forum,i actually fan of this I guess Lolz!  Since Ms.May Ann started this.. tnx sis...pareho kac tayo ng timeline..kinakabahan na ako...dito kac kami sa visayas, dumaguete city, negros oriental to be exact...last week 2 days holiday sa amin kac may pista din kahapon holiday...ngayon, hate ko talaga ang holiday...lol...kinakabahan na talaga ako...sana darating din ang mga nasa malayong probinxa gaya ko.. ..tnx sis! |

Yung P.O. Box is yung for mail correspondence ng embassy. Pero if submitting documents, I would suggest you drop it sa embassy mismo or have it delivered via courier using the address na nilagay mo sa recent post. |
