Hi, as far as i know that is a good sign, meaning they are making some updates with your application, so u're already waiting for DM Status (applicant), lets continue pray that it will be faster this time, as u said few more months and its x'mas... its a great feeling to celebrate x'mas with them... 

What are the additional documents requested from u sis? and is it ok if you'll join us in the spreadsheet (timeline), just click the first link here in the lower part of my post...

Yup, I already posted on the spreadsheet.

Here are the additional documents they requested: Elementary/Highschool Permanent Records, Voter's registration ID/Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Local Civil Registrar Birth Certificate, Personal History.

Malapit na yung holidays it's been like 7 months since my hubby returned to Canada. Ang hirap ng long distance tapos ang laki pa ng time difference kaya most of the time we do argue a lot so I hope mapabilis na talaga to get rid of those two issues at hand. So far I've been waiting for 4 months and 1 week since our application was first received by CPC-M.

Hi. I've already been lurking in this forum since a few months ago but I came across with something that really boggles me I hope someone can explain. I know sometimes their website has glitches but my previous e-cas status says "In Process" for my Permanent Resident application (Spouse) with CEM started August 17, however, after the CIC website maintenance last October 2, now I don't see it anywhere. I already received the PPR, sent PP & additional documents they requested, (sigh), so I presumed they are somehow halfway, if not, started the process. I wondered as to why it was removed.

Just a few months to go before Christmas I hope to get my visa soon to be with my hubby. I pray that everyone here gets their visas asap too. God bless us!

Hi jamil, im experiencing the same thing, they started the application in cem on august 15 i sent my passport and other documents. the last time i visited ecas it said in process now, its just application received and medical received.   

I hope put it back then update our status. *cross fingers*

I was hoping they updated it. A maintenance is supposed to fix glitches yet we can't blame them coz prolly coz of too much traffic so the site's become unstable. Oh well,  iniisip ko na lang kahit di na mag-update si Mr. e-cas, who knows, maybe my passport with visa is on it's way na ma surprise ako. I don't really know how it goes after submitting the PP but this waiting game is really ridiculous.

Sana ma DM na tayo lahat this week para makasama na natin loved ones natin!!! *positive vibes* *woot woot*

Yup, couldn't agree more but anyway, let's just hope for the best. I envy those who have timelines as fast as 3-4 months. Sana tayo din, wag na umabot sa 5th month.

Hi good eve to everyone, may question lng po ako, if mareceive na po ang PPR and other requested documents, and il be sending it through a courier, san po ba ang address na ilalagay, i already read this in other thread before kaya lng too many pages na to back read, if there's a link po where i can see the info about this, please give me the link na lng po and for those na may answer nman for this question, il appreciate any info's u can give. I'm trying to read din kase sa website nila di ko na mahanap, ang alam ko dati when i was completing the forms in application eh nabasa ko yun di ko lng tlaga mkita ngayon.

And pano po ba ang ginawa nila, pinagsama sama nlng sa isang envelope, then name, client number and address po ang nasa labas???

And which is more advisable, personal submission thru drop-box sa CEM or thru a courier.

Hi there! When I received my PPR, nakalagay sa envelope's return address is Visa Section, CEM. So when I sent my PP, additional docs and the copy of the PPR letter, pinagsama ko sila lahat sa loob ng envelope in order, then yung address:

Embassy of Canada
VISA SECTION
Level 6, Tower 2, RCBC Plaza
6819 Ayala Avenue
Makati City, Philippines

I put my UCI and application number outside the envelope too. As for courier vs. drop off, i'm from QC kaya medyo malayo yun CEM so i sent it thru LBC so I can track if it was really received from someone from CEM, good thing it was, nakalagay pa dun name ng receiver. Well, if you're near CEM, you can opt for drop off.

ok lang yan as long as you put your name and UCI sa sender sa labas ng envelope. madali lang nilang mahanap yung file mo
