Unfortunately,may namiss akong letter na PPR Request sis that was last August kaya na sobrang delayed talaga kasi hindi nakarating sa place ko ang letter na pinadala ng CEM nagrerent lang kasi kame,kung hindi pa ako pinutahan ng hubby ko last october baka na cancelled na ang application namen,I think God really works on our behalf although may nasayang na panahon but I am looking towards now to overcome all this thing with a best outcome..

Wee! Send mo na agad! Kung ano lang yung hiningi sayo, yun lang ang padala mo. Yung Appendix A talagang may Appendix B sa likod. I think sabi din nila, generic form daw yan. In my case, yung 9 photos nga na sinubmit namin with my application, sinoli. Good luck! |
