n0pe. My wife (my spons0r) fill up the f0rm kc gs2 nya updated xa sa application ko kya xa ang nag represent skin.

yup we fill up the f0rm. Haay sana hnd nlng. Mapapatagal ang proces kc pupunta p ng canada ung ppr ko then ipapadala nya ulit skin.

make sure alam mo rin kung ano ang mga nilalagay nya doon.then alam mo yung content ng application nyo dahil in time kung sakali my interview ka, pde ka tanungin ng officer kung ano yung mga inilagay mo sa application. otherwise makahanap sila ng negative sa application mo misrepresentation ang pde maging mangyari..Just for your info lang naman..

name at address lng naman nya ang nkalagay sa use of representative f0rm. Lahat ng forms ako nag fill up.

puede magtanong...my hubby and i have a huge fight and a day after, he informed me that he had my application withdrawn...anyways, it has been 2 days now since he said he had it withdrawn and is waiting for a reply frm the immigration...how will i know that he really withdraw it??? when i check on the e-cas, it was still der.....

i don't know f he really did it or he was just bluffing but knowing my husband, he never bluff...we have been in a bf/gf relationship for 7 years and 4 years of it we havn't seen each other for he was in canada then he came home to marry me...9 months napo kami..din we filed last aug 4 and got sponsor DM and medical recved on oct. 13, 2011..

want to know lang how will i know that it was not a bluff? when i check on ecas it was still der....thnx po.

Sorry to hear that. But as far as i know di agad un makikita sa ecas eh. plus if ever nag withdraw nga sya pra sa sponsorship di agad dumadating ang sagot. But iam still hoping na magkakaayos kayo. Nakakalungkot naman

whhhhhaaaat!!!!!!! ganyan ba ka immature yung husband mo? fight is a normal thing for a couple but by doing like that,,,oh God. Try to phone the CIC-M if your husband withdraw the application.

i keep checking on the ecas,nandon parin ung app namin..havnt talked to my hubby...i hope so but all lies in the hand of God na...havn't talked to my husband na since then....mahirap ang long distance relationship kung kasal na kayo compare nong nasa gf/bf stage pa..4 years of LDR, nakaya namin but when we got married, di na nakaya ng long distance...

hirap na kc to read on threads and check on ecas knowing na baka na withdraw na talaga nya...mahirap magalit ang mga taong tahimik...still prayng for our marriage, imagine 9 months lang daig ko pa ang ibang hollywood stars na hiwalayan ng asawa..lol..

The undertaking you signed is an unconditional promise to financially support and provide basic requirements for your sponsored relative(s).  This undertaking is not broken by such changes as the granting of Canadian citizenship, divorce, separation, relationship breakdown, moving to another province, or a change in your financial situation.  Your obligations as a sponsor begin as soon as your sponsored relative and, if applicable, their accompanying family members become permanent residents of Canada.  This undertaking cannot be cancelled once permanent resident visas are issued to them.

Its unconditional and it is still in effect if the sponsor will not withdraw the application before the person being sponsored granted a visa. but if the sponsor withdraw the sponsorship app while its on process, the VO will not proceed on the approval of the applicant since the sponsor withrawn the application.

yap he is a filipino with a PR in canada...4 years na xa sa canada...LDR is straining na talaga...i hope and pray tht he was just bluffing but knowing him,i doubt it but i do hope m wrong...
