Hi guyz,

i am a pre June 26 2010 applicant...unfortunately, my status is still RBVO. I am thinking of reapplying this coming July 2011 if my NOC is still included ( Nurse )..Do you think this coming batch will be processed in less than a year as well as what happened to post June 2010?... pre June 2010 batch is quite hopeless.. as i havent seen any movement at all since the post June 2010 came up...and who knows, this coming July 2011 batch can still file up on top of the pre june 2010...so every year we will be sinking and sinking to the bottom until we became desperate and voluntary withrdaw our application...and that's what happening to pre 2008 skilled workers apps i believed...i don't want to waste my time waiting for nothing...

i am very sorry, but i have written a quite negative post...its not to spread my fear but to get some views from experts...i maybe wrong with all my thinking ( i hope )...so pls share your views!

AOR sept 2010 mate...no MR yet..then after MR who knows when will be the next communication...then those post-June 26 are already enjoying the scenery in Canada...don't know.. Angry

If 3152 does remain in the new list effective 1 July 2011, then you should submit a new application (strongly advised). Because MI-3 will come into priority after July 2011. MI-1 will take 2 years or more to get processed.
The funny part though is although your NOC is in the current demand list, your application is not processed on priority simply because you applied before 26 June 2010 !
Really strange are the ways of CIC !!

Is there any possibility that the much awaited instruction in July2011 will place emphasis on resolving all application backlog prior to July 2011. Only introducing new NOC's that had not existed before now.

Not a statement but just thinking aloud! This is because of perceived injustices to older applicants!
