CIO Issue PER and they don't delay just for resident.. Yes when your application reaches London VO then it might delayed. I am also waiting for PER |

Visa offices all around world have different processing time due their work load.
As far i know they treat fairly.

You put the wrong PER dates my PER received on 29th Sept which I mentioned on the left side of my profile and as I can see your PER received on 30 Sept as you mentioned in your message futter. |
