Unless the rules changed recently, you can send the police clearance later. They originally requested it, but it was apparent that different countries took different times to produce the document and it was unfair to the applicants who had to wait. With such a reduction in the number of applicants per NOC, it would be advisable to send your application as soon as you can. All the best.
thanks.okay..my clearance will be released on thursday.do you think I should still wait till thursday?or should I submit my docs even without nbi clearance ?would it affect my assessment?  miguelboogle
Based on the checklists of requirements, nbi clearance is strongly advised however you can still submit provided it be submitted to the VISA office once requested.
what steps does visa office usually requests for nbi?can just submit it once im requested for medical ? |

My consultancy agency is CIC here in manila
I already submited all my requirement that they needed last july 7, 2011 then my agent told me that they will review again and sumbit it this wk...
My I ask... in ur case how many days you did u w8 before they email that your documents was sent in Nova scotia?... im still waiting for their response...
Im afraid that my applic. will reached the quota before they send it,,,,

you must keep following it up with ur agent as to when they will mail it to CIO remember we only have 500 cap each and there are so many applicants esp in 3152 applying...try to inquire with POST JUNE26 Applicants, there are many there who applied thru CIC Manila. |
