Federal Skilled Worker Program   

    Because of short processing times between application creation in GCMS and eligibility letter, CIO cancels the AOR.
    The visa office must manually send an AOR to the PR applicant or authorized representative once PR file is received.

I'm preparing documents to apply under MI 3. I already have an application under MI 1 which is seems to bee hold after near 2 years.I have some trouble filling forms:


5- is there any min value for settlement fund (schedule 3 >10.c ) ? i think it should not be less than min amount that you must have in your bank account ( for a couple ~ 13800 $)?

STEP 1 or Huddle 1 passed-- got my credit card charged today. so officially i made in first 500.

eagerly waiting for 2nd Step(Real huddle)  ----   File No --- If everything goes well & CIC find everything according to their requiremnt, most probably, I will get File no in 3 months appx.

guys!!as of july 28..the cap for noc 3152 is 96..then they updated the cap on august 2..but the
number stays the same? how come there's no increase in the number of applicants?

this july..how come? so..In India..there are a lot of noc1122 applicants? but in Phils,
noc 3152 is the highest right?
