Hey Guys.
I'm preparing documents to apply under MI 3. I already have an application under MI 1 which is seems to bee hold after near 2 years.I have some trouble filling forms:

1- I don't have UCI (Generic Form ) from my previous application . they just gave me Imm. File No. ( B05*****) which is not fit in the box. what should I fill in that part.

2-Is job certificate and supporting document (like contract) of spouse necessary? As I remember it was a MUST under MI 1.
Job certificates of spouse will not help you to get points for adaptability (unless the job exp. is in CANADA), for that graduation and Masters original transcripts are required to be attached. However, its always better to submit the Notarized copy of Job certificates as a proof of details mentioned in the spouse's Background/Declaration form.

3- why they ask about interview language? does it make difference selecting eng. or the mother tongue.
it does not make any difference. If you mentioned any language other than English/French, then they may have to arrange for a translator for the interview. It's better if you mention English or French as you must have already proved your proficiency in language test..

4- it seems that they want just a bank statement instead of 6 months transactions they used to want ? am I right?
Yes only Bank Certificates are sufficient. If required, the VO will ask for Bank statements later on. There is no harm in sending Bank statement as well.
5- is there any min value for settlement fund (schedule 3 >10.c ) ? i think it should not be less than min amount that you must have in your bank account ( for a couple ~ 13800 $)?
Your fund value should be little bit more than 13800 to cover risk of the CAD / INR rate fluctuation.

Hi.
please find my comments inline.

New update guys on CIC website on August 2..1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management     269 .So myths are exploding and only quality applications are making within mark.Junk is on  the way back. Its amazing how ppl in this forum only thinking in terms of  cc/bd charged.Friends CIC applications are more to it...you have to show right skills, experience  and education to be in the game. Its all about Total Quality Management.Only addition of 10 applications   from last update of 29th july reflects that their are no big lags..its only survival of the fittest rather than arrival of  the earliest. Its Canada boys..A country  where only merit works.

Absolutely correct Longhandle. How do you reconcile just only 10 applications being added to the 259 published as at 29 July other than detailed/comprehensive scrutiny of applications viz-a-viz the requirements in order not to pass junk to the Visa Offices and increase the back-log on M1, M2 and even pre-2010.

For those that are yet to submit, my advise is check and ensure that all requirements are met in order to save your self any shocker from CIC and wait 3-4 months before taking delivery of your returned application.

But still the question is are all the applicants on this forum getting their applications back, since no one has yet reported debit of CC or en-cashing of BD.

When will we know if we went through? Will they send an email prior to deducting money from the credit card?

Still hoping for the best... the rest is 'Destiny'

They don't usually issue AOR (or PER) until after the eligibility review.

An application counts towards cap after its completeness check, but before the eligibility review.

So it's not too surprising that no-one post-July-2011 is reporting receiving AOR/PER yet.

Give it a few weeks!

Wayne.

wayne pls give me your personal opinion

i did give a new topic i was not sure u will see though so manynnew topics posted as well.
i have delimma all within this
month i
must do or
must cancel.

I have an approved and paid for PEBC test for jan 2012.
now for this test to be withdrawn i must have at least 3 months notice in advance so they advixe to get TRV early so they can give me my money back at least some of it. if not it not anymore PEBC probl ( visa refusal)

i do not know if my package made it( conmplete or reject)
should i still try and do dual intent pending PR application or should I just consider obvious reject and not do it.

MY other option is to go to UK to take test but its additionAl 380cad and another admin fee of 50 cad with personal letter as to why( reason)

I can change the exam venue but not the date i take this test. and i need to send within this month as well.

priority wise i want  my PR but it is double d heartbreak if that packahe is refused or worst NER and i also didnt take the eligibilty pebc...

give me your opinion wayne or qorax..
thank you ahead
