Actually I got above e-mail from CIO. And NKKD thought that its PER and he congratulated me. ANd I was clearing that Its AOR.
And I want that Can anyone please give opinion what is this? Does it give any positive hope regarding PER? As someone told me that having UCI # (especially UCI)and File # means that file is okay for processing in Visa office. And I should wait for official e-mail for ER and it should be PER.
So what you people say about it? How much chances are for PER after reading this e-mail. Especially the line in RED.
Congrats luckymystery and sahith!! Please tell if they have already encashed the fee on your credicards! They didnt charge mine yet, and still no AOR too. Good Luck! |

Hi all,
Good luck for everyone who got their cc/bd charged and PER received.
If anyone waiting for your IELTS test report to be returned by CIO so that you can reapply, read further.
For applying additional copies of IELTS test report, I do not think you need to file a police complaint.
Let me share my experience :
I sent my 1st application to CIO on 25-Jun-2011 after reading the MI3. The courier service said that my
application would reach NS on 04-Jul-2011. Unfortunately in my case, the delivered it on 29-June-2011.
Immediately I know that my application fell in 2010-2011 quota and I was sure that my application would
be returned.
Immediately, I started to prepare the 2nd application. I collected all the necessary documents from my employer
and other documents. I did not have IELTS TR. I went through the IELTS TR application more than 10 times.
It never said that it needs a police complaint. It said that it will give max 5 copies to organization or institutions.
So, I applied for 2 additional copies one to be sent to my employer and another to be sent to my friend working
in another company with correct fee.
Within 7 days, I got 2 additional IELTS TR. Be assured that it is not illegal. It is perfectly legal because you
are asking them to send to an organization.
I send my 2nd application to CIO on 18-Jul-2011 and it reached on 21-Jul-2011 and cc charged on 23-Sep-2011.
I hope to get my PER soon.
As I expected, my 1st application was returned to me on 18-Jul-2011 as per CIO (interestingly I send my 2nd application on the same day)
due to cap reached for 2010-2011.
Hope this will help members waiting for IETLS to be returned.

I got my 1st submission application package yesterday. As informed by CIC, they despatched it on 18-Jul-2011 and I got the package on 07-Oct-2011. The reason for returning my 1st submission stated was CAP reached (for 2010-2011). Waiting the eligibility review mail and if I go by the current trend, I will be getting it next Friday. Rgds |

What a brilliant piece of information SVR :-) It will come in so handy for people who have missed the CAP and want to re-apply, as now the IELTS is valid for 2 years.
From your experience, do you think that CIC keeps a record of applications that was returned due to CAP?
Rcvng old appl and sendign new one on the same day is an amusing co-incidence :-)
Hello Wanderlust, Yesterday I received back my application package which was submitted on June 2011. I found that there is a file number starting with XE........ But I can't get any information about this file number in ecas. It seems to me that they do keep the records for returned application also. One more info. My very first application was in Aug 2007, which is in backlog process now and I am not sure when that application will be dusted. I sent a mail to Minister and as advised by the ministry staff, I re-applied under MI3, for which I got my cc charged. You already know that I did a a mistake submitting my application bit early, which reached on 29-Jun-2011 and I submitted one more application on 18-Jul-2011. In the returned application, they have mentioned my client ID, which belongs to application which was submitted on Aug 2007 . So, they do a through check. Rgds Ramesh |

hi guys.Im just wondering why I havent received any letter from CIC yet..I'm also a post Jul13th applicant..I can see that most of the july13th applicants has received their PER already..Is it just normal that others has delayed response from CIC? do we have different reviewers..? Im afraid my files might be on a very strict CIO cause its taking him/her on a crucial or long process to decide.. last Sept 23 and sept30..I got an email from CIC stating that they received my file as complete and it is awaiting assessment..with a file number E0000*****.. Is it just normal that others will be delayed in getting a response?coz Im observing the spreadsheet..some are advance and others were delayed in getting their PER>.. I tried to call them..but the operator said that she can see in the computer that my file is "In process".....what does this mean? really anxious and curious.. |

Guys! I was away for a while today and when I come back theres so much discussion about me and if i got my PER..? I am so blessed to have friends who care.. thanks Omo Naija and especially Your Highness and the rest of you!! We received our PER today by Gods grace alone - just some time back! We were soooo happy... ! I told God today.... I'm tired of waiting... please God let today be the day.... and He gave it to us! More than getting the PER, I was so delighted that God listens to each word we say from our heart........Amazing.... God be with you all! Praying for all the others awaiting to cross different stages in their application process.... you do your part with Gods guidance.. He does His! No doubt! WOW WOW WOW....brlliant piece of information!!! I was away for a little while to come back to rcv this news!! SUPERB!!! It must be such a relief :-) |

Hey guys, we just got a good news from our lawyer that the Buffalo Office received our application. They forwarded us an email rearding RBVO. But I checked our ecas it still says CIC Eligibility Review Complete.
Anyway, we are so happy still.
Question though, was it normal that we will receive a letter via email
regarding receipt of application by the visa office (our lawyer received it and forwarded to us)
We are awaiting for the ECAS status change though.
The letter was sent today (October 6) and signed by Buffalo office so I guess that confirms it that it was the RBVO.
