Buddy its not PER. i think its just AOR. but some1 in other thread told me that its almost PER and i'll get e-mail sooner.

It is medical request we are talking about not AOR.

Actually I got above e-mail from CIO. And NKKD thought that its PER and he congratulated me. ANd I was clearing that Its AOR.

And I want that Can anyone please give opinion what is this? Does it give any positive hope regarding PER? As someone told me that having UCI # (especially UCI)and File # means that file is okay for processing in Visa office. And I should wait for official e-mail for ER and it should be PER.
So what you people say about it? How much chances are for PER after reading this e-mail. Especially the line in RED.
