It shows up in your ecas. After your file is received by VO they send 2nd AOR . NDVO normally sends it by ordinary mail. |

Guys, sorry for this not so quite "intelligent" question , but when can you be able to log in to ECAS? Is it after the CIO emailed you? Thank's in advance! technically, yes, cause in the e-mail u'll have the application ID or UCI which is mandatory for the ecas log-in!  |

That could be because of the varying processing time different VO . CIO job is done once they do PER/NER and transfer the application to respective VO .From the date of PER the processing time is solely depend on the processing times of the VO
Thx Hucker but all of the applicants belong to one VO (NDVO) which is why I found it weird. @ NKKD, thx for the reply, but I don't think that this is the case as if it was then it would have been on FIFO basis however a lot of the slow processing ones have received the second AOR before the concluded ones. Could be something with background checks as you have pointed out. |

Hey Kazuhirowatanabe, Hearty Congratulations for your 2nd AOR..... Gr8 news indeed.... Wish you all the best for further steps.... Would like to ask you some queries as I am expecting my 2nd AOR by next week. As soon as file get transfered you get 2nd AOR or when it is issued? When our Ecas status changes to RBVO does that date we recv 2nd AOR or what? Does your address on Ecas disappeared before recv of AOR?? Have you recv it in a hard copy or an emal? Have you applied thorugh consultant or by yoru own? I have applied through consultant and his address is visible now on my Ecas status. Expecting your prompt guidance on above queries....
