You should be RBVO latest by 18 October (if we count 20 days from PER)
I really waited for it yesterday after yours & Omo's PER were reported day before.
I'm hoping & praying hard.
I want my PER. Gimme P.E.R. I want to be painted green.
When I got my PER I had second thoughts about posting an update in the forum. I was thinking I wouldn't want to set you off worrying about your own PER. But then I realized you will get your PER in just a couple of days, too. So, no worries. I prayed to all the Gods known to man. hahaha. You are going to get your P.E.R. I want my MR/RPRF. Hey Alain,
You belong to the fastest VO - Manila. They have already sent MR/RPRF request to one June 2011 applicant. Manila VO is the quickest. For you it's going to be hop, skip & jump to Canada . Cheerz.
hi RKC, where can I see the details for applicants before July 1 2011? Can you send me the link to their spreadsheet? I was trying to look for it in the main landing page of the forum but got lost. I was hoping to see timelines for pre-July 2011 1122 applicants. Thanks. |

I just received a letter coming from CIO, confirming that they have received my application. Then, they are making further review on it. My VISa office is Manila, Philippines.

hunhun, I assume the letter you received from CIO is a reply to the status query which you must have made. You just have to wait for your PER (1st AOR) email to arrive. It should come anytime now as you applied on 7th July. Keep checking your Inbox. Please post other details here to be get yourself added to the spreadsheet. Good Luck. |

Thanks RKC. You're right. Things seem to be moving faster in the Manila VO. I hope things are faster for the post July 1 applicants 'coz that was the whole rationale behind cutting the cap down to 500. Based on a circular that was shared in this forum, post July 1 applicants were supposed to be top priority as they meet the current demands at the Canadian labor market. I don't know about that, but let's see.

Hi everybody,
I need help in my case, if you know a lawyer to discuss this please let me know.
I have been sending emails to CIO to ask for my application (NOC 1122 / 11/07/2011). They keep saying that they cannot find my package. Today I got an email saying:
"After a thorough search, we can find no record of our office having received your submission. It is important to realize our office receives hundreds of applications a day in one courier shipment. Due to this volume, we cannot sign for each application individually. The entire shipment is received as one, and one signature is assigned to all items purportedly in that shipment. Unfortunately, we do not have your application."
I just care about my documents and translation copies.. and of course, the bank draft!!
I sent a letter to receive a written response about his.

Your query should mention about the following information: 1. DOB 2. Primary Applicant Name (as given on passport) 3. Application recieved by & Date 4. Courier Service you used. 5. Passport Number 6. Courier Tracking number (If you have) / Copy of the reciept of courier service you used. If you are worried about the BD encashment, requesting you to go to the bank from which you drawn DD and request the bank official to check whether it has been encashed or not. If it is not then you can ask them to stop the payment(if you want to). May be bank official ask you for original BD to submit to cancel the same and you can ask them to HOLD the payment by taking one month period to submit the original BD to the bank. (they will deduct the currancy transfer charges and deposite the remaining amount to your bank a/c.) Please check courier acknowledgement first brfore taking any step. Wish you all the best !! (Don't worry as its a BD and no other than CIC can encash the amount... validity of the same is 6 months only)..... Hi everybody,

I am going to apply Under NOC7216. i haven't any payslips. Is IT Ok?Also I am working in a same company from last 14 years.should i show experience letter of previous company?My previous company has been closed.

Hi gus iam not new here, but this is my first time writing. CIO recived my app on 17/july, My NOC is 3152 (London VO). And just as a 100% comfort thing i called Canada Immgigration line (CIO) and they told me they are still on July 7th applications. Please add me to the Spreadsheet WESTPOINT! and Thx every1 4 ur moral support!!!  |
