All copies of documents must be notorized or certified. For more information dear,kindly read the application guide between lines. it is better if u can notarise the biodata pages of your passport. it was mandatory to do so. pls check wih the present format.

Owww...I understand...you forgot to mention your maiden name in the "other name" section, while your edu documents carry that name. You have quite a situation here. I know for sure you must mention all names that appear in your docs (work or education). Yes, this is indeed worrisome, but I have no idea how you can go about it now. They won't let you change anything now. You probably have to wait for your file to be transferred to VO, only then can you add any info or docs. I am quite sure seniors in this forum must have come across a situation like yours and can advice accordingly. I wish good luck and pray you find a solution to this. My name is A B C(PASSPORT)

My pre marriege name -- E F G
I forget to mention E F G in another name option.
however i Put affidavit of my name change from E F G to A B C Because my credentials on my pre marriage name (E F G )

I just came to know from my bank that my BD is being encashed on 16th of Sept., besides that no email received from CIO regarding my status. As I had learnt from others that they do receive email saying application is under initial assessment.

hi...
i just received the response of CIO today in these are the ff:
a review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirement of the instructions with respect to the completion of your application or, the requirements of section 10 of the IRPR because:
- Pls. see the highlighted items on the enclosed check list or the enclosed Appendix
As your application does not meet the requirements of section 10 of the IRPR.it is incomplete. It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you. your application has not been received, and no record has been retained.
-you must submit the following form with your application:
- Schedule 1: Background Declaration/ schedule (IMM 0008 Schedule 1)-I forgot to sign
What will i do now pls. I need your advise...am i still included in the 500 for 3152 NOC or not anymore?
Am I going to submit my incomplete forms as soon as possible....
Update Please!A note of warning to those who are still preparing your applications- One of the most common mistakes noticed is 'not signing ' on the forms/incomplete forms. Applications have been rejected in the last year for mistakes as simple as forgetting to tick in a check box if a dependant child was married or not. Proof read your application as many as 10 times. Even after that, we found mistakes in our application on our way to the fedex office too.....had to stop by at an Office depot to make corrections and get fresh copies. Watch out for those little details. |
