The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight because by then, your body and your fat are really good friends.  hi Mr. Engineer, do not worry about seniors whom you felt has abandoned the forum...i believe they have not abandoned this forum, like me...it's just that they got very busy packing, some are so busy looking for a place to stay in Canada, others are busy looking for a job so as not to deplete their savings...you know once you get in their shoes you'll find the truth in what I am saying now... others are still here, silently reading, still wanting to give a piece of advise, but since you guys are doing great at giving advises they prefer to be on silent mode  nobody will forget how we all learned in this forum, not just on this thread, right? I am still here...although not everyday but i do my best to be kept updated and I am very happy for all the good things that happen to our mates Cheers to all of us and cheers to NKKD for keeping the spreadsheet alive and up to date despite her busy-ness Oh, about the fats and body becoming best friends? i think smartlipo is the best solution to the problem hehe, it's safe and non surgical |

Hello,
I am mechanical engineer by profession (NOC 2132) & have permenant job offer from one of the employer in Ontario. I have received positive LMO for the same & got my work visa issued from delhi recently till 08/2014. I am planning to travel to Canada within two months from now. Could any one you guy please let me know if i should apply for PR under FSW category with arranged employement from New delhi before i go to Canada or i should first go to Canada start working there & then apply for PR under FSW with arranged employement from Canada? Which option would have less processing time? Also, If I apply for PR in FSW from New Delhi, Will i be able to travel to Canada on work visa i received within two months of time from now? I did my MR when it was asked as a part of work visa procedure about month back, do i need to complete MR once again for PR.Thanks in advance for you reply.

Too many question all together, first of all congratulations you are the rarest lucky person to get LMO and Job offer..! Answer to your questions 1) Come join work and then apply for FSW-2 PR, which is FSW based on LMO. It is suggested because the latest update for processing at NDVO(new delhi visa office) is 23 months and if you try to wait that long you might lost that job. Secondly you obtained LMO and not AEO so you have to be working and apply PR at same time 2) Yes Medicals are required once again when you file PR. 3) It doesnt affect your work permit if you file PR at NDVO before landing but technically you wont be able to complete application before coming to canada  just give a look to checklist ad latest PR requirements. I think its wise to make appointment with your doctor and appear in his office with the documents whatever you have ( passport, pp size pictures and medical instructions). Sometimes doctor may have the other form A. And also send your request to VO about your situation. You will be fine. hi vnca,
i recieved my medical instruction through email.
in the medical instruction they have mentioned that it is for india and nepal.
if you want to do it in another country we will send you another instruction. send us the mail.
currently i am in swedan. i want to do my medical here so i send a mail to them on 15-06-12.but no responce.
what should i do ......please help.
