share your full time line..!! though u can go personally to CHC ND, but there would be no one to help you, they will suggest u to send CSE/Email or fax..!! but u can try, coz there is no harm to try..

Usually PP get stamped in max 3 months time, I strongly feel they messed up and misplaced it in their office. Send them query again and ask for your passports they will for sure give you answer that we need 30days time. |

PP delivery may very from 1 day to 10 day according to different parts of india , but it wont take 3 months at all.
PP stamping is done CHC before 2 to 3 days of Decision Made status .....
