Request the seniors to provide clarity on the following questions:
1.Can passport be used as the National Identity Document?
2.In the schedule 3 form where the assets and liabilities need to be declared, can that also included fixed deposits in the wife's name although the husband is the primary applicant?
3. If my passport and PAN card have my maiden name and marriage certificate has my husband's sir name added to my name is that a problem?
4.If we are not being able to obtain the work certificate in the format given for the current job, but have other documents to prove our experience and kind of role such as Appointment letter, promotion letter, award certificate, pay slips , will that be enough?
